To provide sufficient infrastructure to support a more conducive teaching and learning environment;

To ensure all study programmes offered are recognised by the qualification agency in Malaysia;

To ensure all study programmes offered by the University have gone through market survey; and

To ensure the study curriculum incorporates innovative and value-added elements, as well as ethics, volunteerism and integrity building.

To provide academicians and students with facilities to conduct research for the purpose of reinforcing the teaching and learning aspect besides contributing to science and industry;

To support researchers to present their research findings and secure grant; and

To provide researchers with facilities to present their research findings locally and abroad.

To ensure that every study programmes being developed are according to the international conventions and standards;

To encourage every researcher to take into account local and international issues for their research purposes;

To encourage every researcher to collaborate with other researchers, including international research partners;

To ensure the University provides facilities that enable students to gain exposure and international experience;

To set the University population target to reach at least 10% international students; and

To ensure that each faculty has at least five (5) collaborations with universities abroad.

To provide the latest information technology in administration so that the working processes are more conducive and productive;

To provide training incentives for the staffs’ career development;

To provide qualified academic workforce;

To administer and manage the University finance and assets efficiently and report its financial performance to the authorities as prescribed in the stipulated financial regulations;

To ensure the University accounts receive clean review from the National Audit Department; and

To ensure the administrative working procedures are according to the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO).
