Programme Background

Diploma in Arabic Language with Education programme offers courses covering Arabic language and basic education. This program is also combines core knowledge such as fiqh, aqidah, English and computer skills. The combination of courses offered can produce citizens who are aware of social demands and the country’s needs.

Diploma in Arabic Language with Education programme does only provides graduates the opportunity to move forward and build careers easier because they possess a wide range of knowledge, in fact the specialisation in this field gives graduates the opportunity to get involved in education with more courage and professionalism. Many aspects are covered throughout the programme implementation to ensure that students gain the relevant skills to manage study curriculum, students and teaching.

The programme also introduces some experiential-based modules or courses such as teaching exercises to give graduates a chance to feel and experience the real working environment before they actually jump into the market later on. Also, other courses are equipped with case studies to enable students to evaluate and adopt the relevant ways in solving any problems.

Entry Requirements

1. Acquire SPM or equivalent with minimum credits in 3 subjects; or
2. Passed STPM or equivalent with minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any subject; or
3. Passed STAM with minimum Grade Maqbul; or
4. *Passed SKM Level 3 (Level 3 MQF) in related field or
5. Passed a recognized Certificate (Level 3 MQF) or equivalent in related field or
6. Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.

English Language Competency Requirements for International Student(s):

Minimum score IELTS 4.0/ Band 3 MUET or equivalent.
