The Student Affairs Division is one of the most important departments of the University. It is placed under the purview of the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academic and Student Affairs and is headed by a Dean.

The Student Affairs Division is responsible for supervising and managing matters related to students, encompassing welfare, activities, discipline and personal well-being. In order to uphold the University’s motto of spreading rahmat (mercy) to the world, this Division performs its functions with the goal of producing graduates with admirable character who are capable of contributing to society through their individual expertise.

Main Functions

1. To regulate the welfare and well-being of students.
2. To coordinate sports, arts and cultural activities for students.
3. To manage or help to supervise all applications and matters related to scholarships, study loans and zakat aid involving agencies.
4. To coordinate activities of clubs and societies, as well as student activities on and off campus.
5. To offer counseling and student character building services.
6. To coordinate activities that involve international students’ affairs.
