Programme Background
This programme aims to equip students with Islamic Studies knowledge in their daily lives so that they can find facts, analyse and solve problems related to Islamic Studies issues based on legitimate sources.

Entry Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (MQF – Level 6) in Islamic Studies or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.00; or
- A bachelor’s degree (MQF – Level 6) in Islamic Studies or equivalent but did not achieve CGPA 2.50 can be considered for admission subject to five (5) years of working experiences in relevant field; or
- Applicants without formal qualification in Islamic Studies may be accepted after passing written and oral tests.
International Student
A relevant bachelor’s degree with good grade from accredited institutions of higher learning, or other certificates that are recognized as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree that are recognized by the Senate of the University.
