The Admission and Records Division was rebranded from the former Academic, Admission and Records Department. It is the amalgamation of two departments, namely, the Admission and Record Department with the Curriculum Development Department.
The Division is responsible for handling all matters related to academic management, class scheduling, examination and graduation, as well as the academic system which involves students and academics. It also acts as the secretariat to the Senate meeting, meeting of the Council of Deans, as well as academic cooperation with other institutions of higher education. In pursuing the USAS Transformation plan, the Division works closely with the other departments in providing the best support to the University.
